Hi, I'm Sergio Cornaga. Collected here is virtually every game I've ever worked on, regardless of quality. Thanks to Glorious Trainwrecks and Knytt Stories Level Archive for generously hosting most of these downloads. You might also like: Duck Fight
Knytt Underground (2012)

Knytt Underground

Knytt Underground is the latest game by Nicklas ‘Nifflas’ Nygren. I was only involved in this game’s development in a small capacity (contributing graphics, testing and ideas) but I like this game a lot so I’m taking all the credit I can!

For those keeping track, this is the third Knytt title I’ve helped out on. I also provided tilesets and testing for Knytt Stories, and made the area ‘A Strange Dark Place’ in Knytt Experiment.

Endless Winter (2012)

Endless Winter

Another Knytt Stories collaboration, this time by myself and other members of Nifflas’ Support Forum. Unlike Rainy Day Adventure, which was made in just a few weeks, Endless Winter took over two years to see completion. This level offers a choice between scenic and challenging paths, placing difficulty more or less in the hands of the player. Nonetheless, a large amount of backtracking and exploration is required, so I wouldn’t recommend this level to Knytt Stories newcomers.

You will need Knytt Stories to play this level.

Snowflake (2012) | Juni Jones: Ace Attorney (2012)

Snowflake and Juni Jones: Ace Attorney

Snowflake was planned as an entry for caevstroy and dave.germain’s infamous No Solid Objects competition, but extreme dissatisfaction with the level design (or lack thereof) caused me to abandon it. Prompted by Healy, I put some finishing touches on Snowflake and released it, but the level design is essentially as I left it in 2010. The best aspects of this level are the amazing music by Fearofdark and the background art (viewable here, level spoilers) which I drew with a ballpoint pen.

Juni Jones: Ace Attorney was made for Peppyhare4000’s Bad Level competition. As a result of this, playing it is likely to annoy you. The endings are especially subpar. It features music I made (or at least assume responsibility for), including a song originally created for Snowflake to fulfil caevstroy’s assessment criterion of “bizzare custom music with samples of barnyard creatures”.

Awful Knytt Stories Levels (2010-2011)

Awful Knytt Stories Levels

Of these three Knytt Stories levels, only Quest for Phallic Flora is potentially worth playing, and just barely. Knytt Without a Cause is an adaptation of Pac-Man Without a Cause which was made for Knytt of the Month* Klub #6. Quest for Phallic Flora is a surreal and disturbing collaboration with rhetoricstu. It Keeps Happening is a tribute to Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff that I made with Jacob… no wait, it’s a re-skin of Knytt Without a Cause. These last two were both made for Knytt of the Month* Klub #7.

Weem 2 (2010)

Weem 2

A sequel to that one button game I made five years prior to this one. Weem 2 was made in Klik & Play for Klik of the Month Klub #41. Puzzle idea by PurpleChair, I think (I don’t seem to have recorded this anywhere). MIDI music by Trash80. Used without permission, but it seems like the sort of thing he’d be OK with.

Once again, the version posted here is compatible with 64-bit Windows.

My Super Secret Basement (2010)

My Super Secret Basement

Yet another Knytt Stories level. I have no idea why I made one level when Knytt Stories was released and then waited three years before really getting into it. This one was made for PeppyHare4000’s Sections competition. It was featured on TIGSource thanks to ortoslon, who also recorded a playthrough.

Oh Man Go Time (2010) | Oh Man Go Time 2: Requiem for a Drugs (2011)

Oh Man Go Time and Oh Man Go Time 2: Requiem for a Drugs

Another pair of Knytt Stories levels, made for the fourth and eighth Knytt of the Month events. The title Oh Man Go Time and the drug references derive from two comments on the Glorious Trainwrecks IRC channel, while the syringe coming out of the Question Block is a misinterpretation of an idea suggested by Franco. The music used in the sequel is a remix of Clint Mansell’s Lux Æterna, from the score to Darren Aronofsky’s Requiem for a Dream.

Juni Encounters a Bug (2010) | Columns (2010)

Juni Encounters a Bug and Columns

Two Knytt Stories levels I created with my friend Jacob. These were made for the first and second Knytt of the Month events, which were inspired by Klik of the Month. Both games feature music Jacob made in LSDJ which we had a pretty hard time recording and implementing during the allocated two hour period… in fact, both levels ended up taking about three hours to make.

Klik & Play Games Part 2 (2010)

Klik & Play Games Part 2

This is a collection of the three remaining games I submitted to The 529-in-1 Klik & Play Pirate Kart II: Klik Harder, all of which were made in Klik & Play. Once again, these have been converted to allow running on 64-bit Windows.

THE NORMAN FAMILY GOES VACATIONING 2: THE SEXY BIKINI BABES OF EASTERN RUSSIA is a prequel to THE NORMAN FAMILY GOES VACATIONING 3: “I think we left the baby home” which I made at the request of that game’s creator, LocoRoo. Pac-Man Without a Cause speaks for itself. High Society is dumb.

my shadow is a killing thing (2010)

my shadow is a killing thing

The third game I made for The 529-in-1 Klik & Play Pirate Kart II: Klik Harder. Experience the terror of possessing a shadow that destroys all life it is cast on, including the bugs you love so dearly. Music by The Fat Man, taken from The 11th Hour.
